Short-Term Running Goals:
Stop being fat and start running again. I want to turn my short term goal into a habit of running instead of being a crappy seasonal runner.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Find time for School, Family, and Running while in Podiatry school.
I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.
8 miles on treadmill. I am really sore after this run. Perhaps my pace was too quick for my first run after the marathon. Maybe tomorrow I will take it a little slower.
8 miles at about 7:47 per mile. This felt better than yesterday. I need to remember to take it slow for the next while. No need to rush into speed and possibly an injury, especially when I have no race planned for the next 11 months or so.
8 miles at about 7:19 mpm. I took yesterday off, and my body really
enjoyed it. My legs felt 495% better today than they did on Tuesday.
