Stop being fat and start running again. I want to turn my short term goal into a habit of running instead of being a crappy seasonal runner.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Find time for School, Family, and Running while in Podiatry school.
Beat LA
Personal:
I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.
knee feels ok, I can feel something on the inside under my patella, we will see.

Baby Steps to a sub-3! What are your 3 days off? Christmas and 2 to spare? Good luck.

You seem surprised by my "baby steps to sub 3 comment'. I dont mean Im not going to do a lot, or that Im not eventually going to get to giant steps, but milk before meat. All the training I have done in the past was too hard, and not enough. Im just going to take it slow. As far as my 3 days off, I dont have any planned, so they are just 3 spare days.

Not surprised - just excited 'cause I really believe that it will work, maybe even by Ogden. I went from a 3:25 to 3:00 in three months, starting from 35-40 mile weeks and finishing at 70-80 mile weeks. You're definitely faster than me, so with training at least as good as mine was, you should 'easily' be able to hit 2:50-2:55.
