I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

15.06 miles in Plain City. This is my long run for the week. I didnt want to save that for saturday due to the fact that my wife should be having a baby on saturday morning. I did not wear enough clothing for the temperature, but after 4 miles I was warm enough. I didnt feel like I had enough energy for the run, but was able to make it.

My right knee and left foot hurt for most of the run, but they should be fine.
