8 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. When I first started out I got some sharp shooting pains in my right ankle. They would be off and on about every 30 seconds. At one point I almost put my arms on the handles to take the weight off of my foot. It didn't feel like anything serious, so I pushed through. After about 10 minutes they went away. I could feel that my form was not so good at the beginning of my run, but it felt like it got better towards the end.I feel like my right leg might be a little longer than my left leg, and it makes me run a little sideways. Maybe I could try an insert to try and even it out. avg pace 7:19
